Built by the people who have already delivered AI at enterprise scale
Facthory was created by a team of European data, AI, cloud, and software engineers with a track record of building some of the continent’s most demanding production systems. From autonomous-driving platforms processing petabyte-scale sensor data to enterprise data migrations, regulated AI infrastructure, industrial IoT, real-time analytics, and production agent systems, our team has spent years solving the problems that appear only when technology meets real operational complexity.
Built on production experience, not prototypes
Production AI & Data Deployments
Our team has delivered more than 100 production systems across data, analytics, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise AI.
Technology Partnerships
We work across the major cloud and AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, Databricks, T-Systems, and Canonical.
AI Infrastructure Experience
Our engineers have built platforms capable of processing petabyte-scale sensor data for advanced autonomous-driving workloads.
Enterprise Data Sources Integrated
We have engineered governed data platforms connecting hundreds of heterogeneous enterprise sources across legacy, cloud, database, API, and hybrid environments.
Records Operated in Production
Our experience spans data platforms and AI systems operating over billions of production records.
Azure · AWS · GCP
We build across clouds, Kubernetes, Databricks, sovereign infrastructure, and customer-controlled environments rather than designing around one vendor.
We kept seeing the same problem inside very different enterprises
The industries changed. The technology stacks changed. The underlying problem did not. Organizations had ERP systems, data platforms, document repositories, operational applications, collaboration tools, and increasingly powerful AI models — yet the intelligence required to operate the business remained fragmented.
AI could search fragments, but not understand the operation as a whole
Expertise lived in people, systems, records, and exceptions — never in one place
Facthory connects people, processes, systems, assets, decisions, knowledge, and outcomes into a Living Operational Model
Teams and specialized AI agents research, analyze, coordinate, and improve complex work together
Enterprise experience. Product-company execution.
Facthory was not started by a team discovering enterprise technology for the first time. Our engineers have designed, built, deployed, and operated systems for some of Europe’s largest and most demanding organizations.
Autonomous Driving
Event-driven AI and ML infrastructure for petabyte-scale sensor data, distributed training, GPU acceleration, continuous model deployment, and real-time inference.
Enterprise Data Platforms
Large-scale governed data platforms connecting hundreds of heterogeneous sources through metadata-driven ingestion, hybrid integration, and enterprise governance.
Regulated AI Infrastructure
Production AI platforms with private GPU infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, high availability, secure networking, and enterprise governance.
Industrial Intelligence
Real-time industrial data platforms combining OT streaming, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, machine learning, and operational analytics.
Enterprise AI Applications
AI systems across procurement, customer intelligence, risk, forecasting, analytics, and agentic automation.
Engineers first
Facthory is built by data engineers, AI engineers, software engineers, cloud architects, platform specialists, MLOps engineers, and enterprise operators. What connects us is a shared engineering philosophy: understand the problem deeply, remove unnecessary complexity, build for production, and own the result.

Efficiency is in our blood
We believe great engineering is not measured by how much technology is used. It is measured by how much complexity can be removed while preserving reliability, scalability, and control.
Standardize What Should Be Repeatable
Reusable deployment patterns, agent infrastructure, evaluation systems, integrations, and operational frameworks — instead of solving the same technical problem repeatedly.
Engineer What Actually Matters
Critical components are designed for production from the beginning: observability, permissions, resilience, security, model routing, state management, and failure recovery.
Optimize Before Scaling Cost
We do not send every task to the largest available model. Facthory can route workloads according to quality, complexity, latency, and cost.
Own the Outcome
Architecture, software, AI, infrastructure, deployment, and operations are treated as one system rather than disconnected responsibilities.
The same philosophy at enterprise speed
Reusable accelerators with end-to-end production ownership let our teams move quickly in enterprise environments while retaining production-quality standards.
Everything we learned building enterprise AI is now inside Facthory
Consulting projects repeatedly exposed the same structural problems. Facthory was built to solve them once at the platform level.
Fragmented context
Production gap
Shared foundation
Fragmented enterprise context
Data distributed across hundreds of systems. Operational context trapped between departments. Critical expertise concentrated in individuals. AI could not see the organization as a whole.
We believe the most important AI work will be collaborative
Enterprises do not operate individually. The hardest problems involve engineers, operators, analysts, managers, domain experts, and increasingly multiple specialized agents. Facthory is designed for that reality.
Shared persistent sessions
Teams work with agents inside shared, persistent sessions where everyone can follow what agents are doing and keep organizational context intact.
Collaborative investigation
Add missing context, challenge assumptions, redirect investigations, bring additional experts into the work, and delegate subproblems to specialized agents.
Evidence, approval, and handoff
Review evidence, approve consequential decisions, and hand work between teams without losing history — turning AI into shared organizational intelligence.
A new intelligence layer for the enterprise
Enterprise software has historically been organized around systems of record. Facthory is building a different category of system: one that understands how the enterprise operates.
A shared representation of the organization
People and agents get a shared representation of how the enterprise works — systems, processes, knowledge, and outcomes in one model.
Systems of record remain sources
Operational context becomes shared
Agents and teams work from the same model
The next generation of enterprise AI will not be another chatbot
It will understand the organization, collaborate with its people, coordinate specialized intelligence, and improve from every outcome. That is what we are building with Facthory.
Operational context first
The Living Operational Model provides the shared understanding agents need.
Multiplayer by design
AI built for teams solving consequential work together.
